As long-time coaches and educators, our life’s work is dedicated to developing the character, work ethic, skills, and resilience of young men. Through years of experience at every level—high school, college, and professional sports—as well as in education as teachers, college counselors, and admissions directors, we have spent our careers guiding young men through the challenges of daily decision-making and personal growth.

Our motivation in creating the Top 211 Prep Expo is to provide a unique and transformative experience that goes beyond traditional training and exposure. This event is designed to equip young men with the tools, connections, and mindset needed to navigate their journey successfully—both on and off the field. By blending high-level athletic development with leadership training and access to top prep school programs, the Top 211 Prep Expo offers an uncommon and invaluable opportunity to shape a young man’s future in meaningful ways.
